Make these easy buffalo chicken sliders on a sheet pan for a crowd-pleasing game day snack. This recipe uses simple ingredients for bold, spicy flavor and melted cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 count) package slider rolls (like Hawaiian rolls)
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected if possible. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  8. Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are lightly golden brown.
  10. Slice the sliders apart and serve immediately as a game day snack or party food appetizer.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
  • If you prefer blue cheese flavor, substitute blue cheese dressing for the ranch dressing.
  • These sliders are excellent served with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
