Make this easy, creamy chili cheese dip using only three ingredients in your slow cooker. It is a perfect, crowd-pleasing appetizer for game day or any gathering.

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili, no beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the condensed cheddar cheese soup and the chili in the basin of a small slow cooker. Stir them together until mixed.
  2. Add the cubes of cream cheese to the mixture.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the cream cheese has fully melted and the dip is smooth.
  4. Once smooth, switch the slow cooker to the WARM setting to keep the dip ready for serving.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of chili slightly or cook uncovered on high for the last 15 minutes.
  • If you do not have a slow cooker, you can combine all ingredients in an oven-safe skillet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
