  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place the softened butter in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the minced fresh garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the butter.
  3. Use a fork or a hand mixer to combine all ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
  4. Place the garlic butter onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  5. Roll the butter into a log shape. Twist the ends to seal.
  6. Chill the garlic butter log in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before using or slicing.
