Make this bright, fruity, and sparkling non-alcoholic Christmas punch for your holiday parties. It is a crowd-pleasing, family-friendly mocktail that you can prepare ahead of time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 3 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 (2-liter) bottle lemon-lime soda or ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries for garnish
  • Optional: Ice ring or fresh rosemary sprigs for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix the juices.
  2. Chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or prepare this step the day before serving.
  3. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda or ginger ale. Stir very gently one time to combine the carbonation without losing fizz.
  4. Add the orange slices and fresh or frozen cranberries to the punch bowl. If using, float an ice ring or add rosemary sprigs for extra visual appeal.
  5. Serve this easy holiday punch immediately in glasses filled with ice.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead option, mix the three juices and store them covered in the refrigerator. Add the sparkling soda right before guests arrive to keep the punch sparkling.
  • To create a vibrant Christmas drink color, use 100% pure cranberry juice instead of cranberry juice cocktail, though the flavor will be tarter.
  • If you want a thicker, colder punch without diluting the flavor, freeze some of the cranberry or pineapple juice in a bundt pan to create an ice ring.
