Make these simple, high-protein strawberry yogurt bites. This easy frozen yogurt recipe is perfect for a low calorie treat and fits right into your weekly meal prep routine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen strawberries in a food processor or high-speed blender. Pulse until the strawberries break down into a coarse, icy texture.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and your choice of sweetener to the food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Do not over-blend, or the mixture may become too soft.
  3. Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  4. Drop rounded teaspoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet, creating small bite-sized pieces.
  5. Place the sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
  6. Transfer the frozen strawberry yogurt bites to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • You can swap strawberries for any other frozen berry for a different flavor profile.
  • These protein snacks freeze well for up to one month.
